- Notify your neighbors of your decision to sell
- Install a lockbox
on your property, with your permission
- Create an informational flyer
about your property
- Arrange for the associates in my office to tour
your property
Additionally, I will:
- Regularly report on any activity on your property
- Regularly update
you on market activity and condition
- Periodically inspect your home
- Regularly collect any business cards
left at your home and follow up with the agents for feedback about
your home
- Present all offers to you promptly
- Coordinate all details of settlement
with the closing attorney, including arranging for the termite and
any other necessary inspections
