• Arrange for a “For Sale” sign to be placed on your property
• Enter your property into the Multiple Listing Service
• Schedule the first advertisement of your home
• Notify your neighbors of your decision to sell
• Install a lockbox on your property, with your permission
• Create an informational flyer about your property
• Arrange for the associates in my office to tour your property

Additionally, I will:

• Regularly report on any activity on your property
• Regularly update you on market activity and condition
• Periodically inspect your home
• Regularly collect any business cards left at your home and follow up with the agents for feedback about your home
• Present all offers to you promptly
• Coordinate all details of settlement with the closing attorney, including arranging for the termite and any other necessary inspections
